 Bill is Vice President and CFO and an owner of Colorado Management & Associates and
High Sierra Management, Inc.
Since 1987 Bill has worked in the real estate industry
and 17 years
in homeowner association management, home building and real estate
sales. He is
a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Colorado.
His responsibilities as Vice President of Operations include overseeing all accounting
functions, administration
