 Bill is a Colorado native and has lived in the Denver area for over 45 years. He is a
graduate of Purdue University and holds a degree in Industrial Management. Bill
has been a member
of Community Associations Institute (CAI) since 1972 and was one
of the original Board of Directors
of the Rocky Mountain Chapter. He has spoken at several national conventions and hosted the
national PCAM case study in 1996.
Bill has received the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Certified
Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designations and several related awards over the last 20 years.
His additional professional licenses and certificates include Real Estate, Multi-Lines
Insurance, Life, Accident and Health Insurance and he holds
a Professional Golf Association (PGA) Card. Additionally, he is a Court Appointed Claims Administrator for Class
Action Settlements.
Bill formed Colorado Management & Associates in 1982.
