Your Association has a new procedure to pay assessments On-Line. Previously, payments
were made on-line by clicking on the "Pay Assessments On-Line" link that directed
you to SmartStreet's Online Payment Center. Payments are now made through your Association's
website.
Listed below are Associations who manage their own websites and provide a link for payment processing.
You can pay assessments on-line by clicking on the name of your
Association which will redirect you to your associations home
page. You should then find a link that says "Pay Assessments
On-Line".

Listed below are Associations which do not have a website maintained by High Sierra Management. You
can pay assessments on-line by clicking on the name of your Association
which will redirect you to the appropriate page.

If your Association is not listed above, your Association has a website hosted and
provided by High Sierra Management. Please
click here
to be redirected to your Association's website. After signing in click the "Resident
Services" tab and then the "Pay Assessments On-Line" option.

If your account is past the due date shown on your original invoice, please be aware that you may owe additional amounts for accrued interest, late charges, demand letter and Lien fees. Further, if your account is currently at the attorney's office for collection or deed restriction violation, you may owe additional attorney's fees which are due on your account but have not yet been billed back to your account. Notwithstanding your payment, the Association does not waive its right to recover any of these additional amounts which may be owing, and you hereby agree to pay same.
