I wanted to take this opportunity to commend our management team from High Sierra.
Our Board has extremely high expectations and can affirm that we have nothing but
the highest praise for the management of our property. The entire staff is highly
trained and reflects in the way that High Sierra operates as a team. This is evident
by how knowledgeable, decisive and diplomatically they continually fulfill our needs
in a prompt and professional manner.
Our manager has always represented our best interests in policy, financial, and
future planning in a firm but sensitive manner. This has provided for invaluable
overall guidance of our community.
The proactive approach of High Sierra is what sets them far and above other management
companies. This was truly evident in the handling the aftermath of Hurricane Ike.
The property manager was in contact with us within hours of the storm's passing
and had insurance claims in the works, and contractors on property doing clean up
and repairs within a matter of days. The recovery went more smoothly than anyone
could have expected. This type of performance was as if the property manager lived
within the community.
We have been extremely pleased with the performance and care provided to our community.
In my judgment, based on past experiences, High Sierra has all the traits of an
outstanding management company. I would highly recommend High Sierra to any community
seeking superior management services.

I have been a member of the Aberdeen Trails Home Owners Association since 1993 and
have served as a member of the Board of Directors for over 3 years. During my membership
on the Board, the Board members have utilized the services of two different HOA management
companies.
When the Board unanimously elected to secure the services of High Sierra Management, we
primarily focused on your knowledge and professional experience. We have not been disappointed.
On our behalf, working through High Sierra Management staff and with the members of the Board,
you have streamlined our financial reports, recovered several thousand dollars in outstanding
receivable accounts, managed complex legal and neighborhood issues, kept the Board informed,
reduced our expenses to allow the Board to increase contingency funds and increased membership
attendance at annual meetings to a level where we are no longer concerned about meeting quorum.
As a side benefit, Board members are no longer required to micro manage the day to day functions
of the Home Owners Association.
As a member of the Aberdeen Trails Home Owners Association and a past member of the HOA Board,
I would not hesitate to recommend High Sierra Management, and in particular Mrs. Sherri Carey,
to other property or home owners associations for management services.
