Community Operations and Maintenance

One of High Sierra Management's main goals for our clients is to offer a clean, well maintained community that projects a positive image to the general public and prospective buyers. We want the community to become a source of pride for residents, employees, contractors and all visitors.

  • In the scope of community operations and maintenance, High Sierra Management feels that in order to achieve the desired appearance and maintain the community, several resources will be used; homeowner support, vendors and the management company working together as a team.

  • The traditional roles of maintenance operations will need to be clearly defined and monitored on a weekly basis. High Sierra Management has a strict bid process, which includes a minimum of three (3) bids to ensure that all vendors are suited for the respective project, at a fair price, with extraordinary work ethics and a sense of ownership in the project. High Sierra Management will work very closely with the vendors selected to make certain that no items are overlooked.

  • High Sierra Management also has the ability to supervise on-site staffing when needed.

  • High Sierra Management has a dedicated work order department that has developed processes and procedures to track and monitor work orders. The communication process with vendors gives assurance that any problems that may arise are immediately acted upon.

  • Our 24 hour emergency number is used for all after hours emergencies and is a valuable tool to make sure that no problem goes unresolved in a timely manner.
