All information will be delivered one (1) week prior to any scheduled meeting to allow for thorough review.

  • All official correspondence on behalf of the HOA Board, Special Committees and other officially recognized entities will be on the community's letterhead and delivered pursuant to the governing documents.

  • All community matters including, but not limited to, insurance agencies, legal counsel, local and State government, vendors, etc., will be communicated through the management company and management team.

  • All records dealing with the business of the Association are maintained and updated as necessary. High Sierra Management prides itself on its dedicated employees and their diligence in this area of expertise.

  • New owner welcome packets will be distributed in a timely manner. This effort is coordinated with the title companies for transfer information.
