Physical Management

High Sierra Management is involved in different processes of Architectural Design Review and Covenant Control. We have found that it is dependant on the size and pricing of the community when determining the best process and resources to use.

  • Covenant Control

High Sierra Management can provide bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly inspections of the community according to the Board's needs and specifications.

High Sierra Management can also provide the Board with detailed monthly reports and a photo library of current violations.

A committee of homeowner volunteers can be very successful if the committee is knowledgeable, active and is trained by management.

An independent contractor to perform inspections and forward information to management for processing can also be utilized.

  • Architectural Design Review

High Sierra Management can create the proper application form and checklist for homeowners to use when applying for improvements.

High Sierra Management can process the applications as they are received, review them for needed materials and completion and forward them to either a committee or developer appointed architect as needed.

High Sierra Management will also inspect the community for improvements not applied for and cite as needed.

High Sierra Management will schedule follow up inspections for home improvements approved to ensure all community guidelines are met.

High Sierra Management can also assist in the creation or modification of Design Review Guidelines to ensure all aspects of the community's theme and governing documents are met.

High Sierra Management believes that these two areas of management are most important when operating a well maintained and physically appealing community. We will provide monthly reporting regarding the status of each area to the Board for review.
