Tanglewilde Townhomes - 2024 Annual Meeting Board of Directors Election Continuation - Online Absentee Ballot
Due to the lack of required quorum at the recent Annual Meeting held January 29, 2024, the election of Directors is being continued until such time as 51% of the membership has submitted a vote constituting the quorum. We will provide updates and announce the election results at such time as it is met.
I (We) hereby cast our vote for election to the Board of Directors of Tanglewilde Townhomes Homeowners Association, Inc. There are seven (7) positions available for election for staggered terms to be determined by vote count. In the case of duplicate ballot submissions, the ballot with the most recent date will be used and all others disqualified. Terms will be assigned based on number of votes received.
